They have purchased many properties around the globe, but have recently come to understand and appreciate what Miami has to offer. Included in this list is Vladislav Doronin – Chairman and real estate developer of the Moscow-based Capital Group. He purchased Shaquille O’Neil’s home onStar Island for $16 million and put several millions in renovation. Another remarkable Star Island luxury estate went to Roustam Tariko – Owner of Russian Standard Bank and Russian Standard Vodka. It was purchased for $25.5 million in April of 2011, making it the highest real estate purchase in Miami Beach since 2006. Chairman of the Stimul Groupp has recently joined the list of wealthy Russians who have snapped up multi-million dollar Miami Beach homes. The buyer was represented by Daniel Tzinker of SBI Realty who in 2011 has sold multiple record-breaking properties in Miami Beach. He has worked on behalf of numerous Russian and international buyers. The ultra-luxury property is located on North Bay Road and was sold to the Russian developer for $20 million making this transaction the largest in the history of North Bay Road and the second largest in the Miami Dade County area. The magnificent home is situated on 50,000 square foot piece of land has 8 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, 3 half bathroom. It has unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay and comes complete with a full range of high-end home amenities. The architectural brilliance of upscale homes found along North Bay Road in Miami Beach is truly remarkable and second to none.
