Miami Beach Condos: Miami Real Estate Market Hits Lucky Seven with Strong Penthouse Sales of $12.7 Million

Miami enjoyed a unique industry streak of penthouse sales from its luxury condo inventory in April throughout the Downtown and Brickell neighborhoods to the tune of just under $13 million. The condominium penthouses sold by Cervera Real Estate included a two-story Epic Tower penthouse located at 200 Biscayne Boulevard Way, the Marquis Residences located at 1100 Biscayne Boulevard, 500 Brickell and the Plaza both located on Brickell Avenue.
“Sales of these upscale condo penthouse residences are a sign of the increasing wealth in Miami and an understanding of what our city offers,” said Veronica Cervera, CEO of Cervera Real Estate. “The diversity of the clientele also shows that each month Miami becomes more international.”
The Epic Tower, penthouse residence on the 54th and 55th floors, which sold for $4 million, features an over-sized whirlpool and a magnificent terrace with sweeping views of the city and bay plus staff quarters with a separate service entrance. The Epic buyer, who is originally from Baltimore, has his primary residence in Paris, and is expanding his business into South America, thus his strong interest in Miami. Other recent Miami penthouse buyers come from as far away as Greece and Switzerland and closer to home from Colombia and Venezuela with a few well-known locals added to the mix.
